Install in 5 easy steps

  1. Unbox 1

    Unbox

    Two projectors (left and right), the wiring harness, 3M pads and screws.

  2. Mount 2

    Mount

    One projector under each side, held with the 3M pads or the screws, lens pointing down.

  3. Hide the cable 3

    Hide the cable

    Run it along the frame and tuck it under the panels. The only fiddly part.

  4. Connect 4

    Connect

    Red to positive (+), black to negative (−). On a switched power source the wings turn off with your bike.

  5. Aim and ride 5

    Aim and ride

    Rotate each projector to line up the wings. A mechanic does the whole job in about 20–30 min.

Frequently asked questions

Will it look like in the videos?

Yes, with the right conditions. The wings shine at night or in low light, on smooth, dark ground. Their size depends on how high you mount them: higher means bigger wings (see the size guide above). On wet or bright surfaces they look softer.

Can I use it while riding?

It's a decorative light, made for when you're parked: meets, shows, night stops and your garage. It isn't road-homologated, and lighting rules change from country to country. In many places red and blue are reserved for emergency vehicles, so if you want to ride with it on, check your local rules first.

Will it fit my bike?

If your bike runs on 8-30V, yes: sport bikes, cruisers, tourers like the Goldwing, and scooters like the PCX or NMAX. All you need is a flat spot on each side of the underbody to stick or screw the projector.

How hard is it to install?

Mounting takes a couple of minutes. The only fiddly part is routing and hiding the cable neatly. With basic know-how you'll do it yourself; a mechanic does it in about 20-30 minutes.

Do the wings move or blink?

No, the wings are a steady light, so the shape stays sharp and clean on the ground.

Do you have other shapes or colors?

Right now we offer the 5 colors above. Riders keep sending us ideas for new designs, and we pass every one on to our workshop.

Will it drain my battery?

No. It turns off automatically when you switch off your bike, and you can also turn it off whenever you want. Each projector uses just 3W. If you'd like the wings to light up when you brake, they can be wired to your brake light; it's a slightly more advanced install, so a mechanic can help.

It might look tricky to install, but it really isn’t. Each light mounts with its own bracket and two screws, and the wiring connects straight to your bike. Most riders have both sides done in under 30 minutes, with just a screwdriver and a couple of zip ties.
