1. Seller identification

The online store Apex Moto Club (apexmotoclub.com) is owned by Daniel Vijgen Quiñones (self-employed), Tax ID (NIF) Y3961632B, with address at Calle la Mar 17, 03700 Dénia (Alicante), Spain. Contact email: soporte@apexmotoclub.com.

2. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order you declare that you have read and accepted them. To buy, you must be of legal age and provide truthful information.

3. Products and prices

We show products as accurately as possible; small differences in colour or appearance may exist depending on your screen. All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. The valid price is the one shown when you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices and to correct obvious errors, informing you before processing the order.

4. Purchase process

To buy, add the products to your cart, enter your shipping details, choose a payment method and confirm the order. You will receive a confirmation email. The contract is formed upon that confirmation. We may cancel an order due to lack of stock, a pricing error or suspected fraud, fully refunding the amount paid.

5. Payment

The available payment methods are shown on the checkout page. Payments are processed through secure platforms; we do not store your card details.

6. Shipping

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days, which we voluntarily extend to 90 days from receipt of the order. The conditions and procedure are detailed in our Refund Policy.

8. Warranty

All products carry the statutory conformity guarantee of 3 years from delivery, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). If you receive a defective or damaged product, or one that differs from your order, write to us at soporte@apexmotoclub.com and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.

9. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products or use contrary to their instructions, or for website interruptions due to causes beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer law.

10. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logos and other content of this website belong to Apex Moto Club or its legitimate owners and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

11. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force on the date of your order will apply.

13. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of the consumer's place of residence will have jurisdiction. Before going to court, we encourage you to write to us at soporte@apexmotoclub.com to seek an amicable solution. You can also request the complaint forms at that same email address.
